How I Gained 30.5% in Profits by Intraday Trading Index DAX

Here is what I did in order to gain 30.5% in profits by intraday trading the index DAX

With a 1000 USD investment of future certificates at Sweden's online bank Avanza, I made 300 USD in profits within 4h.

Risk Management:

Total money available for trades 50,000 USD. Willing to risk 1,000 USD in one trade, i.e 2% Risk Margin of total trade capital with no other open positions. I risk no more than 6% of total trading capital.

Conditions of opening the trade:

Earlier experienced GAP in a downward trend. This was followed by a cross-over of lower Bollinger band in a downward sloping Bollinger band formation. MACD further resides in negative territory. The daily chart shows resistance to break June-July strong top levels, as well as the hourly chart indicates a breakout of a bear flag together with three down trending exponential moving averages. The 15 min chart illustrates RSI below 50 in a down sloping trend at the time of entering the trade, thus, all 3 various time chars together with different technical tools, support a higher probability of making a winning trade by going short of the DAX.
