You may think think sounds awkward, but since I started to make my daily berry smoothies, my sight has become much better (I don’t wear glasses anymore) and my hair and nails are much stronger as well, and I feel a bigger resistance against bacteria and common flues. I usually buy frozen quality berries at Donnes store in Ireland where I live, as the price is reasonable with an outstanding quality.
At the office on Friday, my lunch merely consists of vegetables, and salad, besides plenty of water. Drink at least 2 liter water per day, and if you can boil the water before drinking that is even better. Throughout the day I eat a lot of fruits, and raisin should I need more energy. Dried fruits like apricot, dates and figs are very healthy as well.
Getting home from the office at 5 PM, I boil frozen spinach, and frozen vegetables including broccoli, corn, carrot, cabbage, and I prepare a super salad with carrot, mixed peppers, garlic, cucumber, olives, olive oil, and that’s it! Your energy will probably start to go down by the evening, and I usually sleep at 9:30 when doing detox exercises.
Saturday breakfast includes the same salad as above together with spinach, seeds, dried fruits and apples. Then I walk 4 Km to the swimming hall, straight into the Sauna to sweat and I move between the dry and humid sauna for 1 h. I walk back home, drink a lot of water and prepare the incredible healthy veggie lunch.
Lunch on a Saturday includes same salad, with vegetables and fruits and plenty of water. This is the day when my big headache kicks in, and I usually get in a bad mode, become tired and dizzy. I don’t care. That is just a body reaction of not getting all those carbs, animal proteins, and other toxic ingredients. I sleep at 9 PM on Saturday and I wake up Sunday morning feeling amazing. I feel lighter, with a fresh skin and just more energetic than ever before.
Sunday breakfast covers same porridge and fruits and I don’t use any milk, sugar, or honey these days when detoxing my body. At lunch around 1 PM I eat rice with salad, and vegetables and in the evening I add smoked salmon with rice and salad. I also visit the SPA on Sunday before lunch for a facial clean-up to remove the last impurities followed by a professional massage treatment.
That’s it! I do this once a month, and I look younger, feel stronger, more healthy and energetic than ever before. I suggest you take control of your health today, and don’t let your body down at any time.
Last but not least, don’t abuse your body with unhealthy stuff the rest of the month, this does not make sense really and make sure to exercise at least 3-4 times per week (30 min walk per day is also good) to stay fit and healthy.
