Our program

This course is aimed at participants with little or no previous management or leadership experience. This course is also offered on an MBA Master’s degree level and is suitable for university students and professionals.

The course is offered 4 days, full-time, or 8 days, part-time. The course includes plenty of open discussions, group assignments, and useful group presentations. It is expected that participants conduct studies outside the classroom as this course is shortened to only 4 days. This course is normally delivered at the university in 3-4 months, 3-4 hours per week.

Price per participant: 5,000 RMB. Max 16 participants at the time per class. Smaller classes imply more teaching time per student for a faster learning curve and optimised results.
