This course is aimed at participants with little or no previous experience and knowledge in business strategy and business planning. This course is offered on an MBA Master’s degree level and is suitable for university students and professionals.

The course is offered 5 days, full-time, or 10 days, part-time. The course includes plenty of open discussions, group assignments, and useful group presentations. It is expected that participants conduct studies outside the classroom as this course is shortened to only 5 days. This course is normally delivered at the university in 3-4 months, 3-4 hours per week.
