There is a commonly held view that Detox could help you minimize and avoid certain body pains, but also to improve your digestion and assist with losing weight.
Detoxification is about nourishing and cleaning the body.. This is an art which has been practiced for centuries world-wide.
Detoxing implies cleaning the blood by removing impurities and forcing the body to eliminate toxins through the kidneys, lungs, lymph, and skin. Detoxing helps the body to improve the blood circulation, and stimulates the liver.
Having read dozen interesting articles of detoxing, besides conducting interviews with health coaches, I developed an extremely effective way of detoxing my body in two days and this is something you should try.
My program comes with the condition of avoiding tobacco, alcohol, drugs, coffee and tea, and to merely drink pure healthy water. Avoid sugar and only eat what is produced by the nature (excluding fish, meat, egg).
I boil healthy Irish porridge with water; my favorites are Flavahans real fruit porridge as well as Pinhead oats. I prepare a small portion, together with 1 banana and 1 apple and I drink a lot of water. I also produce daily smoothies with mixed berries (blue berry, strawberry, banana, water) in a Ninja mixer which gives me a magic energy.

You may think this sounds awkward, but since I started to make my daily berry smoothies, my sight has become much better (I don’t wear glasses anymore) and my hair and nails are much stronger. I feel a bigger resistance against bacteria and common flues. I usually buy frozen quality berries at Donnes store in Ireland where I live, as the price is reasonable and with an outstanding quality.

My lunch consists of vegetables, and salad, and plenty of water. Drink at least 2 liter water per day, and if you can boil the water before drinking it; this is recommended. Throughout the day, I eat a lot of fruits, and raisin, should I need more energy. Dried fruits like apricot, dates and figs are very healthy as well.
Getting home from the office at 5 PM, I boil frozen spinach, and frozen vegetables including broccoli, corn, carrot, cabbage, and I prepare a super salad with carrot, mixed peppers, garlic, cucumber, olives and olive oil. Your energy will probably start to go down by the evening, and I usually sleep at 9:30 PM when doing detox exercises.
My breakfast includes the same salad as above, together with spinach, seeds, dried fruits and apples. I walk 4 Km to the swimming hall, straight into the sauna to sweat and I move between the dry and humid sauna for 1 h. I walk back home, drink a lot of water and prepare an incredible healthy veggie lunch.
Lunch on a Saturday includes same salad, with vegetables and fruits and plenty of water. This is the day when my big headache kicks in, and I usually get in a bad mode. I become tired and dizzy, but I don’t care. This is just a reaction of not getting all those carbs, animal proteins, and other toxic ingredients. I sleep at 9 PM on Saturday and I wake up Sunday morning feeling amazing. I feel lighter, with a fresh skin and just more energetic than ever before.
My breakfast covers same porridge and fruits and I don’t use any milk, sugar, or honey these days when detoxing my body. At lunch around 1 PM, I eat rice with salad, and vegetables, and in the evening I add smoked salmon with rice and salad. I also visit the SPA on Sunday before lunch for a facial clean-up to remove the last impurities followed by a professional massage treatment.
That’s it! I do this once a month, and I look younger, feel stronger, healthier and more energetic than ever before.
I suggest you take control of your health today, and don’t let your body down at any time!
Last but not least, don’t abuse your body with unhealthy stuff the rest of the month. Make sure to exercise at least 3-4 times per week (30 min walk per day is also good) to stay fit and healthy.
